Dr. Lomuro has led the board since 2024, championing data-driven health governance across South Sudan. He previously served in the Ministry of Health’s policy unit.
Prof. Alice Juma Lado

Prof. Lado is a professor of public health informatics and has guided the association’s academic partnerships for over a decade.

Mr. Both oversees board governance, compliance and the association’s constitutional processes.

A certified public accountant, CPA Nakacwa chairs the finance committee and stewards donor and member funds.
