The governing board meets quarterly; minutes and decisions are published for members.

Every funding source above $10,000 is disclosed with its purpose and reporting obligations.

Members receive an annual activity and financial report and may raise questions at the Annual General Meeting.

Independently audited accounts, annual reports and impact statements are published openly.
