Founder Members
Founder Members are those who originally established this Organization and declared establishment of this ASSOCIATION.

Ordinary Members
Ordinary Membership shall be opened to any South Sudanese Health and Informatics experts with age not below 18 years and who shown willingness and ability to spearhead the objectives and vision of SSHIA.

Associate Members
Associate Membership shall be opened to any non-South Sudanese Health and Informatics Experts with age not below 18 years and who show willingness and ability to spearhead the objectives and vision of SSHIA.

Honorary Members
Honorary Membership shall be given to a person nominated by the Founder Members to be Honorary Member on Merit. These are individuals who have demonstrated exceptional merit in furthering the aims and interests of SSHIA.

Institutional Members
There are two categories: corporate and academic members. Corporate members include vendor, consulting, and technology firms as well as national professional organizations. Academic members include universities, medical centres, research centres and like institutions.

Emergency Loan
5.00% per annum (flat rate)
A short-term financial assistance product designed to help SSHIA members in good standing address urgent and unforeseen financial needs. The Emergency Loan provides rapid access to funds with a streamlined approval process, enabling members to respond to medical emergencies, family crises, or other time-sensitive financial obligations without disrupting their professional commitments.
Development Loan
8.00% per annum (reducing balance)
A medium-term investment loan designed to support SSHIA members in financing professional development, business ventures, health informatics projects, and capacity-building initiatives. The Development Loan empowers members to invest in their careers and enterprises, contributing to the broader growth of the health informatics sector in South Sudan. Larger loan amounts are available to members with a strong contribution history and demonstrated repayment capacity.
