A South Sudan where every health decision is informed by accurate, timely, and secure digital health information.
Our Mission
To build a professional, recognised, and well-supported health informatics workforce; to champion the adoption of digital health standards; and to connect South Sudan’s health system to the global health-information community.
Our Values
Integrity — we protect health data and use it responsibly. Excellence — we pursue international standards. Equity — we serve all ten states and three administrative areas. Partnership — we work with government, UN agencies, academia, and the private sector.

SSHIA Launches National Health Data Quality Campaign
The South Sudan Health Informatics Association today launched a nationwide campaign to improve the quality of routine health data across all ten states, in partnership with the Ministry of Health and WHO.

Graduation: 120 Health Workers Complete DHIS2 Training
One hundred and twenty health workers from 43 health facilities received certificates after completing a three-month DHIS2 fundamentals and data use programme delivered by SSHIA certified trainers.
