Error messages on the SSHIA portal can indicate a range of issues, from simple user errors to technical problems. Understanding common error messages helps you resolve issues quickly.

Common SSHIA portal error messages and their meanings:
- "Invalid credentials": Your email or password is incorrect. Check your credentials and try again, or reset your password.
- "Account not found": The email address you entered is not registered. Check for typos or try a different email address.
- "Session expired": Your login session has timed out. Log in again to continue.
- "Access denied": You do not have permission to access the requested page. This may be because your membership has lapsed or you do not have the required role.
- "File too large": The file you are trying to upload exceeds the 2MB limit. Compress the file and try again.
- "Server error (500)": A technical error on the server side. Try again in a few minutes. If the error persists, report it to Technical Support.
