How do I print or share my SSHIA certificate?
SSHIA certificates are issued as digital PDFs that can be printed, shared electronically, or verified online.

To print your SSHIA certificate:
- Download the certificate PDF from the portal (see "How do I download my membership certificate?" for instructions).
- Open the PDF in any PDF viewer.
- Click Print (Ctrl+P on Windows, Cmd+P on Mac).
- Select your printer and print settings, then click Print.
To share your certificate electronically, you can email the PDF directly or share the certificate verification link (sshia.org/verify/[certificate-number]) with employers or institutions. The verification link allows recipients to confirm the certificate's authenticity without needing the PDF.
For the best print quality, use A4 paper and print at 100% scale (do not scale to fit). If you need a certified physical copy with an official SSHIA stamp and signature, contact the SSHIA Secretariat in Juba. A small fee applies for certified physical copies.
