How do I make a payment on the SSHIA portal?
The SSHIA portal supports multiple payment methods for membership fees, training registrations, and other services.

SSHIA accepts the following payment methods:
- Mobile Money: MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money (South Sudan). Enter your mobile money number and follow the prompts to complete payment.
- Bank Transfer: Transfer to the SSHIA bank account (details available in the portal under Payments > Bank Details). Include your membership number as the payment reference.
- Cash: Pay in person at the SSHIA Secretariat in Juba. Bring your membership number and request a receipt.
After making a payment, upload your payment receipt in the portal under Payments > Upload Receipt to ensure your payment is processed promptly.
If your payment has been deducted from your mobile money account but has not been reflected in the portal after 24 hours, contact Technical Support at support@sshia.org with your payment receipt or transaction ID. Do not make a duplicate payment before confirming with Technical Support.
