I uploaded the wrong document during my application. How do I replace it?
Uploading incorrect documents is a common issue during the membership or training application process. SSHIA provides a way to replace documents before your application is processed.

If your application has not yet been reviewed, you can replace a document by:
- Logging in to the portal and navigating to your application under My Membership > Application Status or My Training > Registrations.
- Clicking Edit Application or Update Documents.
- Removing the incorrect document and uploading the correct one.
- Saving your changes.
If your application has already been reviewed or approved, contact the SSHIA Membership Desk or Training Department directly to arrange a document replacement. Include your membership number and a description of the document that needs to be replaced.
To avoid document upload errors, ensure that your files are in PDF or JPEG format, are clearly legible, and do not exceed 2MB in size. If you are scanning physical documents, use a scanner or a scanning app (such as Adobe Scan or CamScanner) for the best quality.
