If you cannot log in to the SSHIA portal, try the following steps in order:

  1. Check your credentials: Ensure you are using the correct email address and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
  2. Reset your password: Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email.
  3. Check your email spam folder: Password reset emails sometimes end up in spam or junk folders.
  4. Clear your browser cache: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac) to clear cached data, then try again.
  5. Try a different browser: If the issue persists, try Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
  6. Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

If your account has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts, it will automatically unlock after 30 minutes. Alternatively, contact Technical Support to unlock it immediately. Accounts can also be locked if your membership has lapsed — in this case, you will need to renew your membership to regain access.
