I am not receiving emails from SSHIA. What should I do?
SSHIA sends important communications via email, including membership confirmations, training registrations, and password resets. If you are not receiving these emails, there are several possible causes.

If you are not receiving emails from SSHIA, check the following:
- Check your spam/junk folder: SSHIA emails sometimes end up in spam. Mark them as "Not Spam" to ensure future emails are delivered to your inbox.
- Add SSHIA to your safe senders list: Add noreply@sshia.org and support@sshia.org to your email contacts or safe senders list.
- Check your registered email address: Log in to the portal and verify that the email address in your profile is correct and current.
- Check your email storage: If your email inbox is full, new emails cannot be delivered. Delete old emails to free up space.
If you have checked all of the above and are still not receiving emails, contact Technical Support at support@sshia.org from a different email address.
Some email providers (particularly free providers like Yahoo and Hotmail) have aggressive spam filters that may block SSHIA emails. If you are using one of these providers, consider adding a Gmail address as your primary SSHIA contact email for more reliable delivery.
