To reset your SSHIA portal password:

  1. Go to sshia.org and click Member Login.
  2. Click Forgot Password below the login form.
  3. Enter your registered email address and click Send Reset Link.
  4. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a password reset email from noreply@sshia.org.
  5. Click the reset link in the email. The link is valid for 60 minutes.
  6. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character).
  7. Click Reset Password and log in with your new password.

If you do not receive the password reset email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder. If it is not there, your registered email address may be different from the one you are trying. Contact Technical Support at support@sshia.org with your full name and membership number to verify your registered email address.
