How do I report a bug or technical issue with the SSHIA portal?
SSHIA welcomes bug reports and technical feedback from members. Reporting issues helps the technical team improve the portal for all users.

To report a bug or technical issue:
- Log in to the portal and navigate to Help > Report an Issue, or click the Support button in the bottom right corner of any page.
- Describe the issue in detail, including what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected to happen.
- Include a screenshot if possible — this greatly helps the technical team diagnose the issue.
- Submit the report. You will receive a ticket number by email.
Alternatively, email Technical Support at support@sshia.org with the subject line "Bug Report: [brief description]". Include your browser type and version, operating system, and steps to reproduce the issue.
SSHIA aims to acknowledge all bug reports within 24 hours and resolve critical issues within 48 hours. Non-critical issues are addressed in the next scheduled maintenance window. You can track the status of your support ticket by logging in to the portal and navigating to Help > My Support Tickets.
