How do I download my membership certificate from the portal?
SSHIA membership certificates are issued digitally and can be downloaded from the member portal at any time.

To download your membership certificate:
- Log in to the SSHIA portal.
- Navigate to My Membership > My Certificate.
- Click Download Certificate. The certificate will be downloaded as a PDF file.
- Open the PDF with any PDF viewer (Adobe Acrobat, browser PDF viewer, etc.).
If your certificate is not available for download, it may be because your membership application is still being processed, your membership has lapsed, or there is a technical issue. Contact the SSHIA Membership Desk at membership@sshia.org if you believe your certificate should be available but is not showing.
SSHIA certificates are digitally signed and include a QR code that links to the online verification page. If you need a physical certificate, you can print the PDF or request a printed copy from the SSHIA secretariat in Juba (a small printing fee applies).
