How do I delete my SSHIA portal account?
Members who wish to permanently delete their SSHIA portal account can request account deletion. This is separate from cancelling membership.

To request deletion of your SSHIA portal account, contact the SSHIA Data Protection Officer at dpo@sshia.org with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include your full name, registered email address, and membership number. Your account will be deactivated within 30 days, and your personal data will be deleted in accordance with SSHIA's data retention policy. Note that some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes (e.g., financial records, certificate records).
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you delete your account, you will lose access to all portal features, your membership history, training records, and certificates. If you are considering account deletion because of a specific issue, contact Technical Support first — there may be a simpler solution.
