How do I change my SSHIA portal username or email address?
Your SSHIA portal username is your registered email address. Changing it requires verification to ensure account security.

To change your email address (username):
- Log in to the portal and navigate to My Profile > Edit Profile.
- Click Change Email Address.
- Enter your new email address and your current password to confirm the change.
- A verification link will be sent to your new email address. Click the link to confirm the change.
- Your old email address will continue to work until the new one is verified.
Note: If you change your email address, ensure that you update it with any other SSHIA services that use your email (e.g., training registrations, newsletter subscriptions).
If you have lost access to your current registered email address and cannot verify the change, contact Technical Support at support@sshia.org with your full name, membership number, and a copy of your national ID. The support team will verify your identity and update your email address manually.
