How do I renew my SSHIA membership?
SSHIA membership runs on an annual cycle from the date of approval. Members receive renewal reminders 60 days, 30 days, and 7 days before expiry via email and SMS. Timely renewal ensures uninterrupted access to member benefits.

To renew your SSHIA membership:
- Log in to the SSHIA Member Portal at sshia.org.
- Navigate to My Membership > Renew Membership.
- Confirm your personal details are up to date.
- Select your payment method (mobile money, bank transfer, or cash at the office).
- Complete payment and download your renewed membership certificate.
Renewal can also be done at the SSHIA Secretariat in Juba. Bring your previous membership card and payment. Renewals processed within 30 days of expiry attract no penalty. Late renewals (after expiry) may require re-application.
If your membership has lapsed for more than 12 months, you will need to submit a fresh application rather than a renewal. The Membership Committee will review your application and may waive the re-application fee depending on the circumstances of the lapse.
