SSHIA collects and processes member data solely for the purposes of membership management, service delivery, and communication. Member data is stored on secure servers and is not shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law. Members can request a copy of their personal data, request corrections, or request deletion of their data by contacting the SSHIA Data Protection Officer at dpo@sshia.org. The SSHIA Privacy Policy is available on the website and is updated whenever there are material changes to data handling practices.

The SSHIA member directory is only accessible to logged-in members and displays only the information each member has chosen to make visible in their profile settings. You can control what information is visible to other members by navigating to My Profile > Privacy Settings in the portal.
