No, SSHIA membership cannot be transferred to another person. Each individual must apply for their own membership. This policy ensures that membership benefits, certificates, and professional recognition are accurately attributed to the qualifying individual. If you are aware of someone using your membership credentials, report it immediately to the SSHIA Membership Desk so that appropriate action can be taken.
For Corporate and Institutional memberships, the designated staff members can be changed by the organisation's authorised representative. To change a designated staff member, submit a written request to the SSHIA Membership Desk with the details of the outgoing and incoming staff member. The change takes effect within 5 working days.
