How do I cancel my SSHIA membership?
Members who wish to discontinue their SSHIA membership can do so by submitting a formal cancellation request. Membership fees already paid are generally non-refundable.

To cancel your SSHIA membership, log in to the portal and navigate to My Membership > Cancel Membership, or send a written cancellation request to membership@sshia.org. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current membership year. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, your portal access will be deactivated at the end of the membership period and your member certificate will be invalidated. You are welcome to re-apply for membership in the future.
If you are cancelling due to a change in career or relocation, consider placing your membership on hold rather than cancelling. SSHIA offers a membership pause option for up to 12 months for members who are temporarily unable to engage with the association. Contact the Membership Desk to discuss this option.
