How do I access the SSHIA member portal?
The SSHIA member portal is the central hub for managing your membership, accessing resources, registering for training, and engaging with the community. It is accessible via any web browser on desktop or mobile.

To access the SSHIA member portal:
- Go to sshia.org and click Member Login in the top navigation.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
- If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, enter the OTP sent to your phone.
- You will be directed to your personalised dashboard.
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the reset instructions sent to your email. If you have not yet registered on the portal, click Register and use the email address you provided during your membership application.
The portal is optimised for mobile browsers, so you can access it on your smartphone without needing to install an app. For the best experience, use Chrome, Firefox, or Edge on a stable internet connection.
