SSHIA offers two mentorship tracks to accommodate different needs and budgets. Understanding the differences helps you choose the track that best suits your goals.

Free Track:
- Available to all SSHIA members at no additional cost.
- Mentors are volunteer SSHIA members who give their time freely.
- Sessions are typically monthly (minimum 6 sessions over 6 months).
- Matching is done by the SSHIA Mentorship Committee based on compatibility.
- Suitable for general career guidance and professional development.
Paid Track:
- Available to SSHIA members for a programme fee (contact SSHIA for current rates).
- Mentors are senior professionals with specialised expertise who are compensated for their time.
- Sessions are more frequent (bi-weekly) and more intensive.
- Mentees can browse mentor profiles and request a preferred mentor.
- Suitable for targeted skill development, career transitions, or preparation for senior roles.
