If you have a concern about your mentorship experience — including inappropriate behaviour, breach of confidentiality, or any form of harassment — report it immediately to the SSHIA Mentorship Coordinator at mentorship@sshia.org or through the confidential reporting form in the portal under Mentorship > Report a Concern. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly. SSHIA has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, and unprofessional conduct in the mentorship programme.
If your concern involves the Mentorship Coordinator, you can report directly to the SSHIA Executive Director at director@sshia.org or to the SSHIA Ethics Committee. SSHIA is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for all programme participants.
