SSHIA issues mentorship completion certificates to both mentors and mentees who successfully complete the programme requirements.

To receive an SSHIA mentorship certificate, you must:
- Complete the full mentorship period (6 months for free track, 12 months for paid track).
- Attend at least 80% of scheduled mentorship sessions.
- Complete the mid-point and end-of-programme evaluations.
- Submit a brief reflection report on your mentorship experience and outcomes.
Certificates are issued digitally within 14 days of programme completion and can be downloaded from the portal under My Mentorship > Certificates. Both mentors and mentees receive certificates recognising their participation and contribution.
SSHIA mentorship certificates include a unique verification code. Employers and institutions can verify the authenticity of a certificate at sshia.org/verify. The certificate specifies whether the holder participated as a mentor or mentee and the duration of the programme.
