To apply as a mentee:
- Log in to the SSHIA Member Portal at sshia.org.
- Navigate to Mentorship > Apply as Mentee.
- Complete the mentee application form, including your professional background, career goals, areas where you want mentorship support, and your preferred mentorship track (free or paid).
- Submit the application. The Mentorship Committee will review your application and match you with a suitable mentor within 4 weeks.
- You will be notified by email and SMS when a mentor has been assigned.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, but intake cohorts start in January and July each year.
To get the most from the mentorship programme, be specific about your goals and what you hope to achieve. Mentees who clearly articulate their development needs are more likely to be matched with a mentor whose expertise aligns with their goals.
