Does SSHIA offer group mentorship or cohort-based mentorship?
In addition to one-on-one mentorship, SSHIA offers group mentorship formats that allow multiple mentees to benefit from the expertise of a single mentor.

Yes, SSHIA offers group mentorship in which one mentor works with a small group of 3–5 mentees who share similar goals or career stages. Group mentorship sessions are typically 90–120 minutes and combine individual guidance with peer learning. This format is particularly effective for topics such as research methods, leadership development, and career planning, where participants benefit from hearing different perspectives and experiences. Group mentorship is available in both the free and paid tracks.
SSHIA also runs cohort-based learning programmes in which a group of 10–20 participants go through a structured curriculum together, supported by a lead mentor and guest speakers. These programmes are announced on the SSHIA training calendar and are open to members who meet the eligibility criteria.
