What are the opportunities for health informatics professionals to contribute to the SSHIA?
I want to contribute more to SSHIA beyond just being a member. What are the opportunities for members to get involved in SSHIA activities?

There are many ways to get involved in SSHIA: join a committee (Training, Research, Advocacy, Membership, or Digital Health); volunteer as a trainer or facilitator for SSHIA training programmes; contribute to SSHIA publications (newsletter, journal, policy briefs); participate in SSHIA advocacy activities; mentor junior colleagues through the SSHIA mentorship programme; represent SSHIA at national and international events; and contribute to SSHIA governance by standing for election to the Board. Contact the SSHIA Secretariat to express your interest in getting involved.
SSHIA is a member-driven organisation and its strength comes from the active participation of its members. The more members contribute their time, expertise, and ideas, the stronger SSHIA becomes and the greater its impact on health informatics in South Sudan. Every contribution, however small, makes a difference.
