The networking opportunities have been invaluable. Through SSHIA events and the online community, I have connected with colleagues across South Sudan and internationally. These connections have led to research collaborations, job opportunities, and a much broader professional network than I could have built on my own.
The mentorship programme changed my career trajectory. My mentor helped me identify my strengths, set career goals, and navigate the challenges of working in health informatics in South Sudan. I would not be where I am today without that guidance.
