What are the opportunities for health informatics scholarships and fellowships for South Sudanese professionals?

Several scholarship and fellowship opportunities are available for South Sudanese health informatics professionals: the WHO Fellowship Programme for health professionals from developing countries; the Wellcome Trust African Programmes for health research training; the USAID-funded Health Informatics Fellowship Programme; the African Union Commission scholarships for postgraduate study; and bilateral scholarships from countries like the UK (Commonwealth Scholarships), USA (Fulbright), and Norway.
