SSHIA training refund policy:
- Cancellation 14+ days before the programme start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation 7–13 days before the start date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the start date: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person or to a future session of the same programme.
- No-show without prior notice: No refund.
To request a cancellation or transfer, contact the SSHIA Training Department at training@sshia.org with your registration details.
If SSHIA cancels or postpones a training programme, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the rescheduled session. SSHIA will notify participants at least 5 days in advance of any cancellation or postponement.
