Prof. John Lado Logun 61 views

Abstract

A national survey of health workers’ digital literacy and training needs, revealing strong demand for structured health informatics education and mentorship programmes.

Methodology

Mixed-methods design combining quantitative analysis of routine data with qualitative interviews of health workers and managers.

Findings

The study finds that targeted capacity building and mentoring significantly improve data quality indicators, and recommends institutionalising such programmes nationally.
