A Framework for National Health Data Governance in Post-Conflict Settings

Akol Bol Akol 4 views

Abstract

Drawing on comparative analysis of five post-conflict health systems, we propose a phased data governance framework adapted to South Sudan.

Methodology

Mixed methods: structured surveys, record audits and key-informant interviews across representative sites.

Findings

Phase 1 should prioritise legal foundations and a single national patient identifier policy.
